FAQs

Do I need a doctors referral?
NO. You do not need a doctors referral.
Are the enhanced care plans (EPC) bulk billed?
Yes if you are eligible. Enhanced care plan referrals will entitle you to up to five visits per calendar here. The appointments are up to 20 minutes per session.
Do you treat Department of veteran affairs the DVA patients and TAC patients?
Yes we do, provided you have a doctors referral for DVA clients and a claim number for TAC.
How long is an appointment?
An initial Physiotherapy appointment goes through complete assessment and treatment of your injury and can take approximately 30 minutes. Subsequent appointment take up to 20 minutes.
What if I’m running late?
Clients arriving late will be seen for the remainder of the appointment times only. It is our goal to stay on schedule to the best of our abilities.
Can I have a longer appointment for physiotherapy?
Yes you may have a longer appointment with an additional charge/ gap fee for physiotherapy.
